ADVANTAGES OF A TWO MAN
COURIER SERVICE

A 2 man delivery service is not just about having two people on the vehicle. It is about proper handling techniques, the right equipment, and a service designed around the specific challenges that heavy and oversized items present.

Our trained two person teams work together regularly and understand the coordination required for safe lifting, staircase navigation, and manoeuvring through tight spaces. Every delivery is matched with the right vehicle size, tail lift capability, and protective equipment for the specific consignment.

Room of Choice Delivery

We deliver to your specified location within the property, not just to the front door or kerbside. Whether it is a third floor office or a basement workshop, our teams place items exactly where you need them.

Timed Delivery Slots

We offer morning, afternoon, and specific timed windows so you or your customer can plan around the delivery rather than waiting all day. AM, PM, and bespoke time slots available seven days a week.

Property Protection

Our teams use floor runners, door frame guards, and banister protectors as standard when delivering through residential and commercial buildings. Damage to customer property is not an acceptable trade-off for getting an item through the door.

Question mark icon

Question mark icon

What weight and size limits can your two man teams handle?

Our standard two man teams can handle items up to approximately 150kg using manual handling with appropriate equipment. For heavier items, we can arrange larger crews or specialist lifting equipment. There is no hard upper limit; we assess each consignment individually and resource it appropriately.

Question mark icon

Can you deliver to upper floors without a lift?

Yes. Our teams regularly navigate staircases with heavy and awkward items. We assess access routes during the booking process and ensure we have the right team and equipment for the situation. If there are particular challenges, such as tight spiral staircases or very heavy items, we will discuss options with you in advance.
