- Collection and VerificationOur driver collects from the cargo shed, verifies the consignment against documentation and records condition on receipt.
- Temperature-Controlled TransitCargo is loaded into our pre-conditioned vehicle. Temperature is maintained and logged throughout the journey.
How quickly can you collect from an airport?
For pre-booked collections, we position drivers to collect within 60 minutes of cargo release. For urgent same-day requests, collection times depend on driver availability and airport location, but we typically reach major London airports within 90 minutes of booking.
Do you handle customs clearance?
We collect cargo once it has cleared customs and been released by the cargo handler. We work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to coordinate collection timing. For bonded goods requiring onward movement under customs control, please discuss your requirements with our team.
What temperature ranges can you maintain?
Our fleet operates across multiple temperature ranges: ambient (15-25°C), chilled (2-8°C), and frozen (-18°C to -25°C). We also handle controlled room temperature and deep frozen requirements. All vehicles are equipped with calibrated temperature monitoring and data logging.
Can you provide GDP-compliant transport?
Yes. Our pharmaceutical transport operations follow Good Distribution Practice guidelines. This includes temperature mapping, validated equipment, trained personnel, and full documentation trails required for medicinal product distribution.
Do you operate outside normal business hours?
