RETAIL-READY PACKING

Shelf-ready packaging, barcode labels, promotional stickers, and outer case configurations built to the specification each retailer demands. If Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury or Ocado want a particular pallet pattern or shelf-ready tray format, we have almost certainly produced it before.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX BUILDS

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS CAN YOU CONTRACT PACK?

Food, beverages, confectionery, health supplements, beauty and personal care, gift sets, promotional kits, and general consumer goods. HACCP accreditation and full temperature control mean we routinely handle categories that other contract packers cannot accept.

CAN YOU HANDLE FOOD-CONTACT PACKAGING?

Yes. HACCP accreditation covers food-contact packing operations, and staff work to strict hygiene protocols: PPE, dedicated handwashing stations, and allergen segregation procedures. We will supply allergen management plans for products that need them.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?

Most jobs run within three to five working days of stock arrival, depending on volume and complexity. For promotional deadlines or urgent runs we offer expedited turnarounds, and we will confirm an exact timeline at the quoting stage.

DO YOU SUPPLY PACKAGING MATERIALS?

We can source boxes, tissue, void fill, labels, and other packaging on your behalf, or you can supply your own. For brand-led packaging where consistency matters, we usually recommend supplying your own materials.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

We are flexible. Runs from 500 units up to 50,000-plus are standard. Very small runs under 200 units may carry a setup fee to cover the fixed cost of configuring the line, but pricing is always transparent and quoted upfront.

CAN YOU DISTRIBUTE THE PACKED PRODUCTS AFTERWARDS?

Yes, and this is why many brands choose us over a standalone packer. Packing and dispatch happen at the same facility, so finished product moves straight from the line to our distribution network. No double handling and no transport leg between a separate packer and distributor.
