WHY CHOOSE PARAGON FOR HEALTHCARE LOGISTICS?

Healthcare supply chains have zero tolerance for late, lost, or compromised deliveries. A delayed shipment of surgical consumables can push back an operating list. Temperature excursions on vaccines render entire batches unusable. We’ve worked with NHS trusts, private hospitals, and care home groups long enough to understand that healthcare logistics isn’t just about moving boxes from A to B.

Paragon holds GDP (Good Distribution Practice) accreditation and operates MHRA-aligned processes across our fleet. Our vehicles maintain validated temperature ranges from 2°C to 25°C, with real-time monitoring and full audit trails. We run 24/7, 365 days a year, because healthcare doesn’t stop for bank holidays.

HEALTHCARE SECTORS WE SUPPORT

We provide scheduled and ad-hoc logistics for NHS acute trusts, handling everything from theatre consumables and prosthetics to pharmacy stock replenishment. Several trusts use us as an overflow partner when their in-house logistics teams hit capacity, particularly during winter pressures.

Private hospitals and clinics rely on us for same-day delivery of surgical instruments, implants and loan kits that need to arrive sterile and on time for scheduled procedures. Our timed delivery slots give theatre coordinators the certainty they need.

Care home groups use our routes for medication rounds, continence supplies and PPE distribution across multiple sites. We build optimised multi-drop routes that reduce cost per delivery while maintaining strict time windows.

We also support clinical trial sponsors and CROs with investigational medicinal product (IMP) distribution, building on our established clinical trials logistics capability.
