PICK AND PACK SERVICE
Selling online is the easy part. The bit that breaks growing brands is what happens after the order lands: picking the right SKU, packing it so it survives transit, and getting it out the door before the courier cut-off. Past 50 orders a day, the spare-room model falls apart.
WHY BRANDS CHOOSE OUR PICK AND PACK SERVICE
Great fulfilment comes down to four things: storing stock in the right conditions, shipping it the same day, picking the right item every time, and keeping every sales channel in sync. Here’s how we deliver on all four.
VALIDATED TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED STORAGE
Most 3PLs can only offer one storage spec. We hold ambient, chilled (2 to 8°C) and frozen zones under one roof, all temperature-logged and audit-ready. Your stock's stored in the right conditions and stays there until the moment it ships.
SAME-DAY DISPATCH, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK
Orders in before our afternoon cut-off ship the same day. We also pick and pack at weekends, so the orders your customers place on Saturday night are out the door on Sunday — not stacking up until Monday morning.
99.5% PICK ACCURACY, SCAN-VERIFIED
Every order's barcode-scanned at pick, pack and dispatch. Mis-picks trigger returns, refunds and one-star reviews, so we treat accuracy as the floor, not the target. Our verified rate runs above 99.5%.
MULTI-CHANNEL INTEGRATION OUT OF THE BOX
Native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay and most major platforms. Orders flow in automatically, tracking flows back to your store and your customer, and inventory stays in sync across every channel — no spreadsheets required.
WHO WE PICK AND PACK FOR
We’re a particularly strong fit for brands with specific storage, accuracy or speed requirements. If any of the below sound like you, we’re probably the right partner.
FOOD AND DRINK BRANDS
Subscription boxes, meal kits, speciality coffee, craft beer and premium confectionery can't sit next to a radiator in a standard warehouse. We manage the cold chain from inbound goods-in through to final-mile dispatch, so the product reaches the customer in the same condition it left your producer.
BEAUTY AND SKINCARE
Serums, oils and natural formulations can separate, discolour or lose efficacy in an uncontrolled environment — and customers notice. Climate-controlled storage and careful pick-and-pack mean your unboxing experience lands the way you designed it.
SUPPLEMENTS AND NUTRITION
Batch tracking, expiry-date management and FIFO rotation are built into our process by default, not added on. You get full traceability if you ever need to investigate a batch, plus stock that always ships in date order.
GROWING DTC AND E-COMMERCE BRANDS
If you've outgrown self-fulfilment but don't want to sign a five-year contract with minimum-volume penalties, we're built for the in-between. Scale up, scale down, change packaging, add SKUs. Flexibility comes as standard.
DELIVERY BUILT AROUND YOU
Once your orders are picked and packed, our own fleet takes over. From same-day London runs in our vans to multi-drop trunking across the UK in our HGVs, we choose the right vehicle for every job — so your customers get their parcels fast, intact and on brand.
What our fleet covers: same-day and next-day London deliveries, nationwide multi-drop routes, temperature-controlled transport, dedicated and shared loads, and seamless handover to Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS when a courier is the smarter choice.
Why it matters: owning the fleet means we control the timeline. No third-party collection windows, no missed cut-offs, no finger-pointing if something goes wrong — just one team accountable from shelf to doorstep.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER VOLUME?
No punitive minimums. We'll build a model that works whether you ship 20 orders a week or 2,000 a day. Realistically, outsourcing tends to make sense from around 100 orders a month upwards, where the time you spend picking and packing yourself starts to cost more than the service.
CAN YOU SHIP IN OUR BRANDED PACKAGING?
Yes. We hold your boxes, mailer bags, tissue paper, inserts, thank-you cards, stickers, samples — the lot. The unboxing experience reaches your customer exactly as you designed it. They genuinely won't know it left our warehouse rather than yours.
HOW ARE RETURNS HANDLED?
Returns come back to the warehouse, get inspected against your criteria, and either go back into sellable stock or follow your disposal protocol. Inventory updates in real time, and you get a monthly returns report covering reasons, volumes and any patterns we're spotting.
WHICH COURIERS DO YOU SHIP WITH?
Same-day and London-area deliveries run on our own fleet. For national and international, we use Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and UPS, picking the right carrier per order based on speed, cost and product type. We'll recommend a mix that protects your delivery promises and your margins.
HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GO LIVE?
Most brands are live in two weeks. That includes platform integration, stock receipt, SKU mapping, test orders and a full operational sign-off. Larger catalogues, kitting requirements or bespoke packaging may take a little longer — but we'll give you a clear timeline on day one.
CAN WE COME AND SEE THE WAREHOUSE?
Please do. Come and walk the floor, meet the team who'll be picking your orders, see the cold rooms and the dispatch lanes. It's the quickest way to know whether we're a good fit. Drop us a line and we'll sort a slot that works for you.
